By applying to become a seller or by listing font products on fontify.store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To become a seller on fontify.store, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal rights to sell the font content you upload
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Seller accounts are subject to approval by Company Name LTD, which reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove accounts at its sole discretion.
2. Seller Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Keeping your seller profile accurate and up to date
- Complying with applicable laws and these Terms when listing and selling digital fonts
3. Content Ownership and Licensing
You retain full ownership of the fonts you upload. However, by listing your content, you grant Company Name LTD a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:
- Host, display, promote, and distribute your fonts via fontify.store
- Use your fonts in marketing and promotional materials for the platform
You represent and warrant that:
- You own the rights to all uploaded fonts
- Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
- Your fonts are original, high-quality, and not copied or derived from unauthorized sources
3.1 Premoderation of Uploaded Content
All fonts submitted by sellers are subject to manual review by Company Name LTD prior to publication on fontify.store, to ensure compliance with quality, technical, and legal standards.
By uploading content, you agree that:
- Fonts may be reviewed for format, quality, license validity, and usability
- Titles, descriptions, tags, and categories must accurately reflect the content
- Non-compliant submissions may be rejected or returned for revision
We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove listings at our discretion. Repeated submission of poor-quality or non-compliant content may result in account suspension or termination.
While we aim to review content promptly, processing times may vary depending on submission volume.
4. Pricing and Payouts
- You may set your own prices for font products, subject to platform minimums.
- Revenue Share: Sellers earn a percentage of each sale, as displayed in their Seller Dashboard or individual agreement.
Payouts:
- Are processed through your chosen payout method listed in your Seller Dashboard
- May include transaction or processing fees deducted by the payment provider
5. Taxes
Sellers are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their earnings. Company Name LTD does not withhold or file taxes on your behalf unless legally required to do so.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or sell:
- Fonts you do not have legal rights to distribute
- Content containing third-party trademarks or likenesses
- Incomplete, misleading, or low-quality fonts
- Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
7. Product Quality and Standards
All font products listed on fontify.store must:
- Be high quality, professionally presented, and properly formatted
- Include clear and accurate titles, descriptions, and metadata
- Be fully functional and free from technical issues (e.g., missing glyphs or incompatible files)
Company Name LTD reserves the right to remove listings that do not meet platform standards.
8. Refunds and Disputes
In the case of technical errors or accidental duplicate purchases, buyers may be eligible for refunds under our Refund Policy. If a refund is granted, your revenue share from the transaction may be deducted from future payouts.
9. Termination
You may close your seller account at any time by contacting support.
Company Name LTD may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You upload infringing, fraudulent, or low-quality content
- You engage in deceptive or abusive behavior on the platform
Upon termination, your listings will be removed from public view. We may retain transaction records for compliance and audit purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Company Name LTD is not liable for:
- Lost income due to platform downtime or errors
- Disputes between you and customers
- Unauthorized use or redistribution of your fonts by third parties
Use of the platform is at your own risk and is provided on an “as is” basis.
11. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Seller Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page or communicated via email. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
